Microgreens do have a distinct flavor. Some are sweet, spicy, bitter, peppery, or buttery, while others are sweet, spicy, bitter, peppery, or buttery.  In this recipe, go for a combination of milder microgreen, such as turnip or kale or sweet pea, which is a fantastic green for smoothies. Some radish cultivars are milder, while others are spicier.

This recipe for a bright and refreshing microgreen fruit tonic is fantastic. It’s packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and feels hearty and healthful, and it’s a terrific way to start or power through the afternoon.

Frozen bananas will act as ice cubes, resulting in a thick, perfectly blended texture.


  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 3 bunches of microgreens


  1. Combine everything in a blender.
  2. Garnish with a few microgreens.
