Smoky cheese crisps

With just 3 ingredients, and a few minutes, you can make these delicious crunchy cheese crisps. Its a low-carb snack that is both filling and nutritious. You can serve these cheesy snacks as the perfect garnish, with a salad or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Mix the cheeses together with the paprika until well blended.
  2. Scoop 1/4-cup amounts onto waffle iron plates and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  3. Take the crisps out of the oven and drape them over the back of a wooden spoon for 10 seconds; they will firm up as they curl.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
