Radish Microgreen & Lime Dip

Pesto is highly versatile, which is one of our favorite things about it. It practically transforms everything, and this recipe incorporates Radish Microgreens, so it’s even better.

Radish Greens,used here, packs a peppery, nutritional punch with Variety, texture, and flavor. The radish microgreen is small, contains more vitamins and minerals than the same amount of radish bulb, allows you to add just a dash of radishy goodness to your everyday snacks and meals, is beautiful to look at, contains chloraphyll, has a different texture than the radish bulb, and can be easily added to your everyday snacks and meals. Radish microgreens aren’t meant to take the place of the radish bulb; rather, they’re a new way to bring flavor, texture, color, nutrition, and fun to your life.

To give the pesto a somewhat more rich, nutty flavor, add plenty of fresh garlic and pine nuts. Roasted garlic will also work well in this dish.


  • 4 oz radish microgreens
  • 2 oz cilantro
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 TBSP yellow onion, grated 
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated 
  • 2 TBSP lime juice or to taste 
  • salt to taste
  • red pepper flakes to taste 


  1. In a blender, combine microgreens, cilantro (stems and all), onion, garlic, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Season with lime juice, salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with chips, vegetables, grilled meats, and other side dishes.
