- 1 cup pea shoots
- 1 cup basil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1/4 cup English walnuts
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blitz until everything is well blended.
