4 Healthy ways to enjoy our microgreens

1-Steak and gravy recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Microgreens (Radish or Mellow Mix)
  • 1 little lettuce (separated and base removed)
  • 2 Sirloin steaks
  • Olive oil, 2 Tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar, 1 Tbsp
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preperation

Marinate the steaks with salt and ground black pepper. Cover it for 5 minutes.
Add marinated steaks in preheated pan, cook both sides on medium, almost 3-5 minutes for one side.
On the serving plate, place the fresh lettuce (large enough that it will cover the plate). If the lettuce leave is too big, then cut it in half.
Spread microgreens over the lettuce, you can also mix different microgreens and make the plate more colorful.
Place the steaks on the top, now add balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the steaks. At this stage, you can also add any gravy you like the most over the steaks.
If required, sprinkle more salt and grounded black pepper. Enjoy with your loved ones!

2-Refreshing Summer Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Radish thin sliced or chopped
  • 2 Tbsp of Lime juice
  • Pinch of powder mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil 4 Tbsp
  • Ground pepper according to your taste

PREPARATION:
Mix the chopped microgreens and sliced carrot with olive oil in the bowl.
Sprinkle salt, mustard powder, and squeeze lime juice in the microgreens mix. You can also enhance the taste by adding another fresh flavored citrus along with lime juice.
At this stage, you can also refrigerate it and preserve it for several hours.
After all the steps, take out salad mix on a serving plate and sprinkle ground pepper on its top. Now the yummy salad is ready to eat!

3-Hot chicken sandwich with a sauce

  • 2 tsp of vegetable oil
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Melted butter half cup
  • Chicken stock five cups
  • Crushed ground pepper
  • Dried crushed thyme ΒΌ tsp
  • Chopped parsley (fresh) 2 tbsp
  • Conc. Beef bouillon 2 tbsp
  • Chicken (cooked) 5 cup
  • Microgreens (chopped)
  • Bread slice (8 slices or depends on your choice)
  • Sweet peas, 2 cups

PREPARATION:


Take a large pan, add some oil & onion, and heat them on a medium flame for almost 2 minutes.
Add melted butter along with flour in the pan, stir it continuously till a smooth paste is formed. Cook this on a medium flame for about 1 min.

Now gradually add the chicken stock with continuously stirring till it boiled.
After the stock is boiled completely, add herbs and pepper, simmer again for 3-5 minutes.

Add the concentrated beef bouillon gradually to the mixture.
On the other side, stove cock sweet peas according to the given instructions on the packet.
Again heat the chicken.

Take 4 serving plates and place the bread slices on each plate. Divide the chicken into 4 parts and place them on the bread.
Now add the hot sauce according to your desire, I recommend adding 1 spoon over the chicken.
On the top add chopped microgreens and cover them (sandwiches) with another slice of bread.

Again you can also add hot sauce over the slices, it is optional.
