Microgreens Yogurt with Fried Pasta Chips

INGREDEINTS

  • Plain fresh yogurt 1 cup
  • Roughly chopped microgreens ¼ cup
  • Carrot 2 tbsp grated
  • Ginger ½ tsp grated
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Black pepper powder
  • Chopped parsley, nuts, and paprika powder (optional)
  • For pasta chips:
  • Bow tie/Farfalle pasta 1 pound
  • Oil
  • Salt

Avocado Appetizer with Microgreens, Yogurt, Garlic, and Chive Flower

INGREDIENTS:

  • Avocado 1 peeled and sliced into 4 pieces
  • Microgreens chopped into small pieces
  • Chive flowers 1-2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Yogurt 4 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 2-3 minced
  • Chili powder (pinch)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper grounded

METHOD:
Take a serving plate and place the slices of avocado.
On the top of the avocado spread a little amount of the minced garlic, then squeeze half cut lemon juice.
Add yogurt, microgreens, salt, black pepper, and on the top chive flower.

INGREDIENTS

  • Radish 10-12 thinly sliced

  • Puff pastry, 2 sheets cut into a rectangle
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Crumbled goat cheese or Mozilla cheese, 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Take a baking tray and place the pastry over them.
Shape the pastry in such a way that it will make a little slope toward the middle, you can also make this by folding the shorter sides of the rectangular.


Dip the baking brush in the beaten egg and then brush it over the upper side of the pastry.
To make the pastry crunchier, perk it several times with a fork.
